boeq

Features · VAT return

The return, box by box.

Four times a year boeq computes the BTW-aangifte from the ledger on your machine and lays it out in the order of the form, so you type it into Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk and stop. The rates come from a tax table shipped with the app for that tax year, dated in the app, so you can see which year's rules produced the number.

Verlegd (reverse-charged VAT) is handled as verlegd, not as a 0% tariff, and the ICP-opgaaf (EU sales listing) line stays attached to the invoice that caused it. If you use the KOR, the € 20,000 threshold is tracked as you invoice and flags at 80% — not the week you file.

boeq does not submit the BTW-aangifte for you. The last step stays yours on purpose. Verify against belastingdienst.nl before you file.
