boeq against Moneybird, including where Moneybird wins.

Moneybird is a good product. It is also built for a different kind of business than yours, and priced as a subscription because that is the business it is in. Here is the whole comparison, both directions.

The honest trade-offs.

Where Moneybird is genuinely better

The live bank connection is real convenience: transactions appear without you fetching a file. If you want your accountant working inside the same books as you, Moneybird does that and boeq cannot. And you can open it from a hotel laptop.

If any of those three matter more to you than the price and the storage model, stay. We would rather say that here than have you find out in month two.

Where boeq is

€ 168 over four years, against € 1.684. No tier that notices you got busier. Your books are a file you own rather than rows on someone else's server, so nothing depends on us still existing next year.

And a much smaller product: nine screens, for one person running one eenmanszaak.
